Women for Election’s flagship INSPIRE programme is a one-day programme that aims to introduce women, who are interested in pursuing a career in politics, to the realities of political life in Ireland. This course is perfect for women who are curious about their leadership potential or women who are already keen to kickstart their political journey. Elected TDs, senators, and councillors have taken part in INSPIRE training.

Throughout the day we focus on the three Cs:

  • campaigns
  • communications
  • confidence

Experienced experts will demystify politics and show you how ‘getting in’ is something you can accomplish. You will leave the event with the tools and direction to take your next step on your political journey.
